The Berlin collective raumlabor was founded in 1999 and currently consists of the architects Andrea Hofmann, Axel Timm, Benjamin Foerster-Baldenius, Christof Mayer, Florian Stirnemann, Francesco Apuzzo, Frauke Gerstenberg, Jan Liesegang und Markus Bader. raumlabor does not understand itself as a classic architectural office, but rather a network of trained architects, connected by a collaborative work structure. raumlabor works at the intersection of architecture, urban development, art and urban intervention.
